Sitamarhi: Bihar’s Sitamarhi district administration organized a cultural program on the occasion of Bihar Diwar in which vulgar dance was performed. The video of this program has gone viral on social media.
According to the news published in Pradesh 18, the councillors of the district showered currency notes on the dancers.
It is also reported that “obscene” songs were played during the programme and councillors also participated in the dance program.
