Wheel chair issue: 2 employees of Gandhi Hospital suspended

Hyderabad: Two employees of state-run Gandhi Hospital have been suspended. They had allegedly demanded bribe for providing wheel chair to the physically handicapped person. The patient was unable to walk.

The incident came to light when the patient S Raju (40) reached the hospital on children’s cycle as he could not afford to pay Rs. 100 to Rs. 200 as tip to the staff.

On the basis of investigative committee report a man and a woman both class IV employees were suspended.
