Qualification: Diploma/ B.sc/ BCA /M.sc/ MCA with minimum 60% marks throughout academics i.e. SSC, Inter , Graduation & Post Graduation.
Summary of Job : IT Systems monitoring team will be responsible for monitoring FTD production servers/network for anomalies, errors and has the operational responsibility to get the issues fixed at the earliest.
1.Monitoring of FTD Production Systems for any issues.
2.Handling all escalations promptly.
3.Proper handling of issue reported and tracking.
4.Handle all server and service related outages
5.Point of Contact for FTD vendors and third-parties
Skills & Qualifications:
1.Basic knowledge on systems monitoring tools
2.Basic knowledge of Windows, UNIX and Networking are required.
3.Scripting(shell/Perl) knowledge desirable
4.Good to have knowledge in any monitoring tool like Nagios, Zabbix, cacti etc
5.Good Communication Skills and interpersonal skills are required.
