Siddipet: A man with his second wife mercilessly killed his first wife by allegedly forcing her to drink acid. Post which, they threw her in the bushes at Pamulaparthy village of Markook mandal in the district.
The 35-year-old, died while undergoing treatment at a hospital in Gajwel on Monday evening.
ACP, Gajwel Giridhar told that the accused Guntipally Ramulu, a resident of Kolanupaka in Yadadri-Bhongir district, along with his two wives had visited Kondapochamma Temple on a pilgrimage, as per Telangana Today.
They dumped the victim, on their way back to Kolanupaka at Pamulaparthy village after forcing her to drink acid.
When passersby spotted the woman lying in the bushes, they rushed her to the hospital, where she died on Monday.
However, the woman had reportedly told the Police that she was forced to consume acid. A case has been registered by Police and they have launched a hunt to grab the accused.
