Urdu Calligraphy Classes are being run by Siasat at Mahboob Husain Jigar Hall, Siasat premises, Abids, during summer vacations. Siasat editor Mr. Zahed Ali Khan formally inaugurated the classes and said the beauty of Urdu script lies in its calligraphic art.
Calligrapher Ustad Nayeem Saberi is passing on the art to the new generation. A large number of people from young to old alike are showing interest in learning calligraphy and are benefiting from the classes which are conducted from 11 am to 1 pm, at Siasat office. Faheem Saberi S/O Nayeem Saberi is assisting him.
As usual special classes for Urdu calligraphy are being held under the supervision of Mr. Zaheeruddin Ali Khan, Managing Editor Siasat. Interested persons can join the classes.
