After Amit Shah’s visit to Hyderabad, BJP may reach out to Muslims

Hyderabad: Union Home Minister, Mr. Amit Shah will visit Hyderabad today. It was disclosed by Minister of State for Home, Mr. G Kishan Reddy.

It may be mentioned that this will be his first visit to the capital city of Telangana, Hyderabad after the recently held Lok Sabha elections.

According to the report published in Times of India, he will launch membership enrolment drive at KLCC Convention Center located in Shamsabad.

It seems that the party will try to reach out to Muslim women as one of the party leaders said that the focus will be on ‘Muslim women’ and other voters in the area where the party did not garner any votes in the General Elections 2019.

As per a senior leader of BJP, all polling booths of the State are divided into three categories, A, B and C. Category ‘A’ consist of all booths where BJP polled 50-100 votes, ‘B’ consists of booths where the party able to get 10 votes. Category ‘C’ has booths where the party did not receive any vote.

It is also reported that Mr. Shah will give first membership to a tribal woman by name Sonu Naik.

It may be noted that after BJP won four seats in Lok Sabha polls, the party is eyeing to win Assembly elections in Telangana State.
