Every woman has a right to offer puja in Sabarimala Temple, says Brinda Karat

Hyderabad: Senior leader of CPI (M) told that it is the right of every woman to offer worship in Sabarimala Temple.

It may be mentioned that two women were successful in entering the temple in wee hours of Wednesday, 2nd January.

CPI (M) Politburo member, Ms. Brinda Karat claimed that LDF Govt. of Kerala is implementing the verdict of Supreme Court for which the government provided full security.

It may be noted that the Supreme Court of India in its verdict pronounced on 28th September had permitted women of all ages to enter and perform puja in Sabarimala Temple.

A section of people is opposing this verdict and lodging protest against the entry of women in the temple.
