Telangana Tax & Business Guidance forum has been inaugurated by renowned personality of Hyderabad Mr. Azmathullah IAS.
On the occasion of this inauguration, Mr. Majid Ansari,Director Telangana Tax and Business Forum (TTBF) has welcomed the guests. During his inaugural speech Mr. Azmathullah expressed his views about lack of guidance related to income tax, GST and to obtain State and Central Governments licenses to set up an establishment / business. He has congratulated Mr. Majid Ansari and his team for taking initiative to guide the needy people. Mr. Azmatullahalso appreciated Mr. Ansari’s association with several renowned associations since last 20 to 25 years, Telangana Minorities Chamber of Commerce and Industry is among one of them. Also, Mr. Ansari is in the eminent panel of chartered accountants, advocates, business and industrial consultants. Mr. Azmathullah has advised Mr. Ansari to provide free guidance to the youths and needy people of the society which Mr. Ansari consented to do so. I congratulate him with bottom of my heart.
Noted chartered accountant Mr. Raghuvendra Rao who has been practicing in income tax field since last 30 years,has narrated that majority of the people sell their properties in their life time at one point of time or other to meet their household’s needs / to meet their family functions expenses/ to go for better investment opportunities.In their anxiety to meet their needs they forget their important duty i.e. to pay taxes to the Government and expend all their monies.The Government after digitalization scheme comes to know the information from various agencies and gives the opportunity to the people to declare their tax returns including the long term Capital Gains on sale of properties.
Mr. Ubaidullah advocate explained that in the majority cases of property sales transactions the owner fails to provide appropriate details, i.e. gender, classification of property, etc.., without any legal consultation, which sometime turns into a legal trouble in future. It is advised to have legal expert’s opinion prior purchase of any property.
