Hyderabad: Four persons have been arrested for illegally transporting PDS rice after they were caught by the Special Operations Team (SOT) of Malkajgiri zone today.
The SOT has seized 11.20 quintals PDS rice and the van from the accused identified as S Shankar (30), V Srinu (23), D Naresh (20) and V Maruthi (21), hans reports.
SOT has later handed the accused and seized property Malkajgiri’s SHO for further action.
