Hyderabad: Rachakonda police arrested a man for posting derogatory remarks on social media against the rape victim Disha.
According to the report of the police, Amarnath (18) resident of the RTC colony, Kothapet had made derogatory remarks and objectionable comments against the vet doctor.
It was reported that later, he removed those remarks fearing police case.
Since the post had become viral, the cybercrime division of Rachakonda police had registered a case against him on 1st December 2019.
Police carried out the investigation based on technical evidence and arrested the accused.
