Hyderabad: Commissioner of Hyderabad City Police, Mr. Anjani Kumar advised the youths not to indulge in gymnastics of motorbikes in the name of Milad-un-Nabi festival.
He told this in a meeting held at Salarjung Museum yesterday. It was attended by Muslim clerics, Maulana Jafer Pasha, Mr. Qamaruddin, Chairman of State Minorities Commission, Maulana Murtuza Pasha and others.
Muslim clerics apprised the Commissioner of the preparations for the festival.
The Commissioner informed that police has made elaborate arrangements for controlling the traffic and also to maintain peace.
It is making an attempt to avoid any unpleasant event on the occasion.
