Hyderabad: Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao today directed the officials to conduct the funeral of former minister and Congress leader Mukhesh Goud with state honors.
Mukhesh died of cardiac arrest in a hospital and family members informed to complete final rites on Tuesday. The government has decided to conduct the funeral of the former minister with state honors. The chief minister has instructed chief secretary SK Joshi to make arrangements for the funeral on behalf of the government.
The body of the former minister will be put up for paying last respects at the congress office near Nampally. Arrangements are being made for final rites at a Gouda cemetery later.
