Hyderabad: A day after Telangana High Court permitted Govt. of TS to hold Municipal elections, CM of TS, Mr. KCR held a high level officers’ meeting on Wednesday and said that Govt. is ready for these elections.
As soon as Election Commission announces the dates, Govt. of TS will make all the arrangements.
It may be mentioned that Telangana High Court dismissed all PILs by various organizations.
The meeting was attended by Municipal Administration Minister, Mr. KTR, Principal Secretaries, Mr. S. Narasing Rao, Mr. Aravind Kumar, Chief Advisor to Govt. Mr. Rajiv Sharma and other officials. Earlier, it was expected that these elections will be held in July or August but they were delayed due to PIL petitions field in Telangana High Court.
