Hyderabad: The case pertaining to the 4 percent reservation for Muslims in TS and AP which was to be heard yesterday was adjourned for a week at the request of Dr. Rajeev Dhawan, Advocate.
The SC bench consisted of five judges.
Dr. Rajeev Dhawan appeared on behalf of Dept. of Backward classes welfare of TS whereas senior advocates namely, Salman Khursheed and Shakeel Ahmed pleaded on behalf of Mohammed Ali Shabbir, former Minister.
