Hyderabad: Income Tax officials conducted raid at the My Home Group’s office located in Hyderabad. The raid also took place at the residence of Rameshwar Rao Jupally, chairman of the group.
According to the report published in The News Minute, IT Teams from Bengaluru headed the search.
As per DC report, the raid was allegedly in connection with the joint venture between My Home Group and a Bengaluru-based firm, RMZ Corp.
It may be mentioned that the two companies are in partnership for the project named, “Skyview”.
On the other hand, the officials of IT Dept. claimed that the search was a routine one.
Who is Jupally Rameshwar Rao
Mr. Jupally Rameshwar Rao who is a businessman. He is reportedly close to many politicians including CM of Telangana State, Mr. KCR.
He is also close to Chinna Jeeyar, ‘philosophical adviser’ to Mr. KCR.
