Hyderabad: Sacrificing the personal gains, if community interest are highlighted with sincerity and steps are taken for the eradication of economic and educational backwardness of the Muslims, governments would come forward and assure that whatever demand is made would be fulfilled and Govt. will not disappoint you. This has happened to the 12% reservation campaign launched by Siasat Urdu Daily. News Editor of Siasat Urdu Daily, Mr. Amer Ali Khan is visiting Telangana district to create awareness. He is also reminding the Govt. its promise. This movement has also influenced the Govt. Son of Mr. KCR and Minister of IT, making a reference of Mr. Amer Ali Khan’s campaign assured that 12% reservation would be provided to the Muslims in the fields of Education and Employment. He categorically said that Mr. KCR is a person who does not forget the promises he makes. He further told that Mr. Zahid Ali Khan and Mr. Amer Ali Khan will not be disappointed. A day will come when the news of providing 12% for Muslims will be published in Siasat Urdu Daily.
Mr. KT Rama Rao was participating in “Meet the Press Program” organized by Telangana Union of Working Journalists held at Press Club, Basheer Bagh in the presence of a large number of journalists, Mr. KTR assured that 12% reservations would certainly be given to Muslim brothers. Govt. is awaiting the recommendations of Sudheer Committee report which is reviewing the educational and social status of the Muslims in various districts of Telangana. Soon after the receipt of this report, Govt. would take concrete action for providing reservation to Muslims. He also mentioned that the provision of 4% reservation for Muslims would be implemented in all the recruitments of Public Service Commission.
It may be noted that the campaign launched by Mr. Amer Ali Khan, News Editor of Siasat Urdu Daily has reached every nook and corner of Telangana districts. If 12% reservations are provided, Muslims would get 20, 000 Govt. jobs and more than 30, 000 students would get admissions in various professional colleges. These reservations would play an important role in eradicating educational, economic and social backwardness of the Muslims and would bring about revolutionary changes in their life style. If Govt. is serious, the issue of providing 12% reservation to Muslims could be materialized.
