Alampur MLA Sampath Kumar has gone from a program pouting against the protocol. On Wednesday, the state government laid foundation stone to Jogulamba Gadwal Collectorate building. Alampur MLA Sampath Kumar attended the program but he immediately returned from there as there was no name on opisthograph.
