London : Arsenal midfielder Alexis Sanchez has quashed rumors surrounding his exit from the Emirates Stadium, saying he has no desire to leave them in the coming future.
“I am very happy at Arsenal and I’m not thinking about leaving,” Sanchez was quoted as saying by goal.com.
“The unity here between fans, club and players is enormous and the supporters have been fantastic. We suffer the defeats and enjoy the victories together,” Sanchez added.
Arsenal are currently third in the league table, with 13 wins from 22 games which they have so far played.
The Chile international believes that the Arsene Wenger-side were dominating this season’s Premier League very well and ,therefore, have a great chance of winning the title.
The 27-year-old, who was out of action due to hamstring injury, was expected to return to the starting line-up for the upcoming league clash with Chelsea on Sunday. (ANI)
