Hyderabad: Asia Foundation has launched a countrywide campaign to create awareness about the preservation of river waters. Union Minister for Environment and Forests, Dr. Harsh Vardhan inaugurated this rally on 3rd September. This rally is reaching Hyderabad on 14th September.
Siasat Urdu Daily and COVA are organizing the special session from 10 to 11:30 a.m. on Friday, 15th September at the banquet and conference hall of Ashiana, opposite Taj Krishna Hotel Banjara Hills.
Yogi and social activist, Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev will address on the preservation of river waters in India. Dy. CM of Telangana State, Mr. Mohammed Mahmood Ali will be the chief guest. Noted Muslim cleric, Maulana Syed Sadiq Mohiuddin Faheem will address on “Importance of Water in Islam”.
A special program will also be held at Gachibowli Stadium from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on 14th September. Governor of Telangana and AP, Mr. E.S.L. Narasimhan and Irrigation Minister, Mr. T. Harish Rao will participate in the rally.
