Casting component design for Automotive or Heavy vehicles
Should have understanding of the terminology and functionality of Casting design
Should be proficient on CAD tools ProE
Should have knowledge of GD&T
Should have good experience on ProE advanced modelling, surface modelling
Good Communication
Should be able to interact with US customer Directly
Job Responsibility:
Creating Casting and Forging Models
Provide concept solutions for casting related problems
Development of parametric solid modeling, assemblies, detailing and checking.
Conversion of 2D Drawings (AutoCAD, CAPT, Tiff, Manual) to 3D models
GD&T application
Should have worked on any of these components, Housing-Axle, Head-Cylinder, Crankshaft, Cam Shaft, Pan Oil, Manifold Exhaust, Elbow-Water outlet, Adapters, Base As. Oil Filter, Housing Front, Brake Drum, Housing lever, Disc Casting, Actuating Disc Casting etc…
Project Execution and tracking.
Customer Interactions.
Ensuring the adherence to quality and delivery commitments.
Interaction with Engineers and Weekly reviews with Team Lead
Should have worked for Heavy earth moving vehicles, Tractors, trucks or Automotive
If any Valid US Visa (B1, H1 etc)
Education:BE/BTECH Mechanical/Automobile/Production
Salary:INR 3,00,000 – 8,00,000 P.A
