Chandrababu Naidu: Architect of IT hub of Hyderabad not invited to GES

Hyderabad: Nara Chandrababu Naidu, the current Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh and former Chief Minister of Undivided A.P, was not on the list of guests who were invited to attend Global Entrepreneur Summit with Ivanka Trump as star attraction.

Mr. Chandrababu is well known for transforming Hyderabad into IT hub and inviting corporate biggies like Microsoft and Apple to open sprawling campuses here in the city.

However, his daughter-in-law Brahmani, a Stanford graduate, was invited to the summit as one of the entrepreneurs. She said that ”I would love to represent Andhra Pradesh. Very excited to be here. Change has to begin at home. In our home, the women run the business. Important to not just give education but also involve women in discussion and decision-making.”

Mr. Naidu tried to bring Summit to Amaravati, the new capital of A.P but Hyderabad won the contest to hold the summit.
