Hyderabad: Task Force Police arrested a person who was cheating students and their parents through a fake educational consultancy agency.
According to the report of DCP Task Force, Mr. Radha Krishna Rao, a person by name A Aravind alias Gupta was arrested. He had started Global and Noble Educational Services at Jubilee Hills and Panjagutta. He was cheating the students and their parents by making promises that he would arrange admissions for B.Tech, MBBS and other professional courses in noted educational institutions. It is reported that Gupta cheated more than 21 persons.
Earlier, Begumpet and Kammarpally Police had registered cases against him. Jubilee Hills, Punjagutta and Khammam Police registered 18 cases against him. Police seized Rs. 5.5 lakh cash, computers, printers and other articles. He was handed over to Begumpet Police for taking further action.
