New Delhi: It was a cloudy Sunday morning here with some parts of the national capital receiving light rain. The minimum temperature was recorded at 27 degrees Celsius, the Met Office said.
The weather office said the sky will remain cloudy throughout the day and there are chances of light rain and thunderstorm later in the day, but it would not be heavy unlike the last few days.
The maximum temperature is expected to hover around 33.9 degrees Celsius, a notch below the season’s average. The humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 79 per cent.
Saturday’s maximum settled at 34 degrees Celsius, while the minimum was recorded at 25.4 degrees Celsius, two notches below the season’s average.
