Dattanna finds fault with Cong for Parliament Impasse

Condemning impasse created by the Congress in the recent Parliament session, former union minister Bandaru Dattatrya said people’s representatives have to discuss on people’s problems in Parliament and not waste valuable time.
Participating in a day long fast organized by the party on a call given by Prime Minister Narendra Modi to save democracy in the country, Dattatreya said the Prime Minister has given a call for one day nirahara diksha to save democracy.

Narendra Modi has no family rule, but Telangana chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao is trying to focus his son KTR as his political alternative in the name of federal front, Dattatreya alleged. Alleging that A P chief minister Chandrababu Naidu also giving importance to his son Lokesh as his alternative, the BJP leader said Narendra Modi has no family and people of the country are his family. Modi government has shown the development of the country within four years whereas this was not done during 50 years of rule, he lamented.

Giving series of welfare and development works taken up by the Modi government, Dattatreya said the prime minister also initiated welfare programme for women. One of the most important programme was “Beti bachao, Beti Padavo”, he said.

The day long fasting programme was organized at Sridhar function hall, Khairtabad. The diksha was organized to save Indian democracy and against opposition parties for disrupting the parliament and impeding country’s development.

Union minister for of state for panchayat raj, agriculture and farmers welfare Parshotham Rupala, state BJP president Dr K Laxman, party floor leader G Kishan Reddy, Chintala Ramachandra Reddy, MLC N Ramachander Rao, ex-MLA Baddam Balreddy, Rajeshwar Rao and other state leaders participated in the diksha.(NSS)
