New York: Throwing light on the disadvantages of ‘Deal of the Century’ based on the so-called peace proposal, the American magazine The New Yorker’ has said that Palestinians have unanimously rejected ‘deal of the century’ while most of the Gulf countries especially American supporter gulf states have accepted the scheme just because of their opposition to Iran. The goal of Americans and Israelis behind the deal is nothing but to create conflict between Palestinians and Gulf countries. By including Palestinians in Irani group, the Gulf countries will adopt the same policy against them which they have been adopting for Iran so far.
The magazine revealed that a secret meeting was held in Cyprus in 2015 which was attended by UAE government officials and Israeli leaders. The Emirates had supported new scheme proposed by the US against Palestine then also.
