Delhi: Armed miscreants raise slogans in front of masjid, video goes viral

New Delhi: In yet another incident, miscreants reportedly raised slogans outside a masjid in Delhi. They chanted a slogan “Jab Mullah Kaata Jaayega, Ram Ram Chillayega” in front of the masjid in Delhi.

According to the report published in Jantaka Reporter, in the video which went viral, one of the persons can be seen asking netizens to share the video. When they reached the masjid, armed miscreants chanted slogans. They also busted crackers and threw saffron colour at the Masjid.

It is also reported that local cops confirmed that incidents of hooliganism were reported on 1st April in east Delhi and Shahdara.

As per the report, miscreants stopped in front of the gate of Muhammadi Masjid in Mandawali.

Talking about the incident, Additional DCP rank officer told that the imam had registered a complaint but said that he doesn’t want to pursue the case.

According to the report published in Indian Express Gunjan Gupta, Anand Vihar councillor and BJP leader had flagged off the rally from Prachin Hanuman Mandir in Madhu Vihar. His name along with the Mandawali councillor Shashi Chandana have been mentioned in the police complaint for allegedly inciting the crowd, escalating tensions.

It is also reported that eyewitnesses claimed that the rally had also stopped at Jama Masjid for 10-15 minutes.
