Hyderabad: According to the press note issued by Darsgah Jihad-o-Shahadat, Khaled Saifullah advocate was arrested on February 18, in Osmania University fake certificate case, in a planned a conspiracy. A large number of lawyers followed the fake case booked by the police before the magistrate.
A case was registered against Saifullah Khaled by Sayeedabad police in 2004 again Moghalpura police also registered a case against him in 2009 on the charges of attack on police.
Police in retaliation fabricated a story to defame Khaled Saifullah. Ameer-e-Darsgah Mohammed Abdul Majid, Secretary Salahuddin Affan, Organising Secretary Mohammed bin Omer, Abdul Mannan Umri, Shah Nawaz Khan and Moin Shareef condemned the arrest.
