Mumbai: Known to be quite vocal on several issue, Bollywood actor Sonam Kapoor on Thursday answered like a boss for a communally-charged question when she decided to use the newly-introduced option on Instagram.
Sonam was interacting with her followers on the photo-sharing app’s newly-introduced feature wherein you can post “Ask Me A Question” that lets people ask anything.
A random follower on Instagram questioned, “Do you love Muslims?” To this, the ‘Veere Di Wedding’ actress replied, “I love people of all faiths and beliefs. That is what Hinduism teaches me!”
Another question was asked about her Pakistani followers, “Do you love your Pakistani followers?” Sonam replied, “Love Pakistan and I’m dying to come there and hang out.”
Sonam has been targeted by right-wing Hindutva brigade after she posted photos with a placard that said, “I am Hindustan.I am Ashamed. #JusticeForAasifa. 8 years old. Gangraped. Murdered. In ‘Devi’-sthaan temple. #Kathua.”
