Dreams of Telugu CMs will be shattered on May 23: Laxman

Hyderabad: Reiterating that the BJP would emerge as a single majority party and form government at the Centre after counting of votes of Lok Sabha elections on May 23, State BJP president K Laxman today predicted that the dreams of Telugu Chief Ministers K Chandrashekhar Rao of Telangana and N Chandrababu Naidu of Andhra Pradesh would be shattered with Prime Minister Narendra Modi returning to power with absolute majority.

Speaking to mediapersons here on Sunday, Laxman said Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao, who wrested power after protracted struggle for separate State, was behaving as a dictator with a wrong notion that there was no place for agitations in the State. He also slammed the Chief Minister for not initiating appropriate action against Globarina even after the three-member committee finding it guilty for goof-up of Intermediate examination results.

The State BJP chief also made it clear that his party would continue its struggle against the State government till Education Minister was dismissed and the kin of the deceased Intermediate students were paid adequate compensation.
