Hyderabad: Dy. CM of TS, Mr. Mohammed Mahmood Ali greeted “Eid-al-Fitr” to all the Muslims of the State with the depth of his heart. He thanked Allah (SWT) that he gave an opportunity to spend one month of Ramadan during which prayers were offered and after completion of 30 days fasting, gave the gift of Eid-al-Fitr which is a moment of joy for all of us.
He further said that people of other community also join in greeting us. Such festivals promote communal harmony. In this way, Ganga-Jamuna Civilization could be promoted.
He mentioned that during Ramadan, TS Govt. organized Iftaar parties in 800 masajid and 4.50 lakh poor people were given garments as gifts.
