Expected Danam’s defection, says Komati

Congress senior MLA Komatireddy Venkat Reddy has said that he was expected the Congress leader Danam Nagender’s party change because he was in touch with the TRS party for the last two years. Danam was also prepared flexes in regard to joining TRS party two years ago, he pointed out.

Speaking to the media here on Saturday, Komatireddy Venkat Reddy said that shifting loyal to other political party by Danam Nagender was not new. Earlier he was joined TDP and returned to Congress party as the party came to power and enjoyed positions. It was surprising that Danam was saying that justice was not being done to the BCs in the Congress party, he wondered. He alleged that Danam Nagender quit the party with his personal agenda.

Finding fault with the TPCC Chief N Uttam Kumar Reddy for going to Danam Nagender’s residence, Komatireddy said that Danam has no such status and asked the party leaders not to consider Danam’s issue.

He alleged that there was no social justice in the TRS party as the Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao deceived daliths by stating that the latter will make Dalith as the first Chief Minister of the state. He alleged that there was no woman Minister in the TRS government and said that KCR insulted the women by not giving minister post to them. The Congress party gave priority to the women and also gave priority to daliths, tribal and BCs. Exuding confidence that the Congress party would come to power in the future and every leader should be brave till then. (NSS)
