The fifth season of India Beach Fashion Week (IBFW) is all set to again grip Goa, from October 26-28, with ace designers showcasing their latest trends to the fashion conscious.
“Everyone loves Goa, everyone wants to come to Goa, which helps us drive more and more crowd every season (both B2B and B2C consumers). Apart from this, Goa provides us with the right infrastructure in-terms of logistics, hospitality, production as well as love and support from the local bodies and our fellow Goans,” said Ojha.
For the first time, IBFW is focusing on both B2B and B2C audience, where the buyers can shop from their favourite designers right off the shelves from Pop-Ups and is putting great efforts to make it as similar as VMFF, the Australian Fashion week which promises great talent, global brands, exhibits, art and music.
IBFW will also be holding various workshops and networking arenas for designers, exhibitors, visitors, buyers, fashion students from various parts of the country for fashion forecasting, fashion marketing and buying.
India’s top fashion designers as well as big names from the International fashion industry like Anand Kabra, Ragini Ahuja & Dhruv Kapoor, Rock S, Masaba Gupta, Pallavi Jaikishan, Love generation by Dolly Sidwani, Bhavna Pandey,Nadita Mehtan and Nazila Sawhney from Canada, Nazia Rehman from Bangladesh are expected to be participating in the IBFW.
IBFW is also launching COMO; its very own designers’ collective store retailing over 50 designers from IBFW platform.
COMO will specialize in western evening and resort wear clothing at the most affordable price point and is built across a sprawling 2000 sq. ft. store in Campal Panjim.
There are many such interesting announcements to be made by IBFW regarding international music artists’ line-up, fashion designers and the celebs who will be gracing the show. (ANI)
