Job Description:
One of the key master developers in the GCC are looking to recruit an experience Project Director with mixed use construction experience (retail, hospitality, commercial, residential).
The project in located in Beirut, Lebanon. The ideal person will have a minimum of 15 years experience in the GCC in similar size projects, must have excellent leadership skills.
The ideal candidate will be reporting directly into the COO, managing the delivery and quality standards on the project.
* Over 15 years experience in construction
* Degree relevant field
* Mega project experience in the GCC
* Client side or PMC experience essential
* Commercially astute
* Experience managing large teams
* Major delivery exposure
