Hyderabad: In yet another shocking incident, a 16-year-old boy was arrested under the charges of sexually assaulting and impregnating a minor girl. This incident took place in Baba Sailani Nagar, Borabanda.
According to the report published in The Hans India, this incident came to limelight when both the boy and the girl visited a clinic for pregnancy termination.
The girl had completed class IX recently whereas the boy is a school dropout. Both of them know each other since childhood.
It is also reported that when the boy found that the girl is pregnant, he took her to the clinic for an abortion. However, the staff at the clinic informed the police as both the girl and the boy are minors.
The boy was arrested under sections of IPC and POCSO Act whereas the girl was sent for counseling.
