Hyderabad: Yet again, another shameful rape incident of a 4-year-old minor girl is reported from city limits.
The victim was allegedly raped by a 19-year-old teenage neighbor on Friday and was arrested the very next day by Sanathnagar police.
According to Sanathnagar police, the accused who resides in the victim’s neighborhood lured her to his house on the pretext of playing with her.
When the family learned about the incident, it immediately approached Sanathnagar police, TOI reports.
Later, the family members of the victim came to know about the offense and they approached Sanathanagar police.
The Sanathnagar Police has registered a case against the accused under Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
