Hyderabad: In a strange incident, a man committed suicide when he heard the news of his wife committing suicide. This incident occurred in Kukatpally Housing Board area.
According to the details of the case, B. Srisha (27) had got married to Bapaiah Chowdhary in 2015. The couple has a three year old daughter. Both wife and husband were living in a rented house in Kukatpally area.
At the time of marriage, Srisha’s parents had given a plot of land as dowry. Due to financial difficulties, the wife used to insist her husband to dispose of the plot of land but the husband had already sold out this plot without informing his wife. When Srisha came to know of this, she committed suicide by hanging herself in the house. When husband got the news of her wife’s suicide, he was passing through Sanath Nagar railway station. He immediately committed suicide by jumping in front of moving train.
Police registered a case and started investigation.
