Hyderabad: A man attacked the wife of an IPS Officer who was walking in the evening on 4th July at KBR Park in Banjara Hills.
According to the details, an unknown person attacked Ms. Sujatha when she was walking in the park. She is the wife of Mr. Durga Prasad, IPS.
She was rushed to Apollo Hospital. The accused is identified as Venkat Ramana who was caught and handed over to the security guard.
Inspector of Banjara Hills Police, Mr. K. Srinivas told that the accused is being examined to find out his mental state. It was reported that the accused was watching the passersby for quite some time.
Police registered a case and started investigation.
