Hyderabad: Abids Police has nabbed a 30-year-old school watchman for sexually abusing a 4 Class girl student for the past 15 days.
The incident came to light on 26 October, Tuesday after the victim’s mother reported it to the Police.
The accused Kamal Bhan a native of Uttar Pradesh is a local school’s watchman and is reportedly abusing the eight-year-old girl for the past 15 days.
According to the Police, the girl reported to her parents that the school’s watchman took her to the cellar during the lunch hours and touched her inappropriately. The victim brought this to her mother’s notice on 26 October. She couldn’t speak about the abuse since the watchman threatened her said the girl.
The Police has filed a case under the PoCSO Act and Section 376 (2), 354 (Assault or criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty), 354A (Sexual assault) of IPC and arrested watchman Kamal Bhan on Wednesday.
