Hyderabad: Two teenage girls of class 10 committed suicide in a suicide pact by jumping to death from the 8th floor of a 14-storey building on Thursday. The girls were students at Akshara International School in Hyderabad’s LB Nagar.

Identified as 15-year-old Bhargavi Patel and Sawani Kale, they jumped from the balcony of the 8th floor of TNR Vaishnovi Sikhara apartment in LB Nagar, reported India.com.

Sawani told her parents that she was going to Bhargavi’s place to study at around 3 pm. The girls have left a suicide note, while the exact cause of their extreme step is not known.

The suicide note read “Teju I miss you. Pls don’t cry.” The girls were classmates and preparing for the Pre-final examinations.
