If anyone to be arrested, it should be Modi and Amit Shah: Justice Kolse

New Delhi: Justice Kolse speaks at the protest program – ‘Kis Kis ko Qaid Karoge’ which was held against baseless arrests of activists. He talks about how the right wing is averse to democracy and constitution and anyone who fights for rights will be attacked by them. He calls the current situation of the country an unannounced state of emergency.

Calling for the release of political prisoners, Patil said that Shah and Modi should be in jail for their involvement in the Gujarat riots. He further said if anyone should be arrested, it should be Modi and Amit Shah. He recalled how the daring journalist Rana Ayub unearthed the truth.

Justice Kolse alleged that, “if you read Sawarkar, Golwarkar, you will understand that they (upper caste) are the rulers and we (lower caste) are its citizens.

Speaking in the same vein, Justice Patil said under the Modi regime there is undeclared emergency. “There is undeclared emergency in the country. Whoever dares to stand up against this regime is thrown into jail. Those who opposed the freedom movement (RSS) are now running the show. Unless and until we unite, we cannot fight these forces,” said Patil.
