Jammu (Jammu and Kashmir) [India]: Yoga is the new mantra to conquer stress and effectively handle extreme conditions in the Valley by jawans.

Therefore, a special Sukshma Yoga session was recently organised for the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) in Jammu to effectively concentrate, meditate and to fight stress.

S.N. Shrivastava, Special DG, Jammu and Kashmir Zone, CRPF graced the occasion as the chief guest and formally inaugurated the session.

The Yoga session was conducted under the able supervision of Dr. Amrit Raj, who is the fourth generation Ayurvedic doctor and certified Yoga teacher and personal trainer of ex-president, Dr. Pratibha Patil.
