Mumbai: Katrina Kaif is back in the city as she was spotted by the paparazzi at the airport today. The actress was in Abu Dhabi for a 45-day schedule for her upcoming release, Tiger Zinda Hai.
Katrina is pairing up with Salman Khan after five years on screen in Tiger Zinda Hai. The movie is a sequel to Ek Tha Tiger which was directed by Kabir Khan. This time, Ali Abbas Zafar is helming the project as Salman and Katrina are reprising the roles of Tiger and Zoya.
Recently, Katrina shared a video with the Ali, where both got emotional while talking about the last few days of the shoot. Ali also revealed that producer Aditya Chopra was very impressed with Katrina’s performance and gifted her a new car for the same. But when the camera was panned, it turned out to be a chopper, reports Pinkvilla.
When Katrina asked Ali about the last days of the shoot, he stated, “It’s been an emotional journey and a really special one. I hope we will all smile on Christmas.” When Katrina got emotional, Ali stopped the video.
Tiger Zinda Hai is scheduled to release on December 22, 2017.
Katrina also has two other movies in her kitty – Thugs of Hindostan and Aanand L. Rai’s untitled movie. Thugs of Hindostan stars Amitabh Bachchan, Aamir Khan, and Fatima Sana Shaikh and is slated for a Diwali 2018 release. Anand’s movie will see the reunion of the Jab Tak Hai Jaan trio comprising of Katrina, Shah Rukh Khan, and Anushka Sharma. The movie is slated for a Christmas 2018 release.
