KCR Failed to Fulfill Even One Assurance Given to Singareni Workers–Uttam

“It is not proper for  K Chandrasekhar Rao to speak lies being in Chief Minister’s position”, TPCC Chief N Uttam Kumar Reddy alleged and said that KCR failed to fulfill a single assurance given to Singareni workers in 2014 elections.

Speaking to the media at Somajiguda Press Club here on Friday along with CPI state secretary Chada Venkat Reddy and others, Uttam reminded that KCR assured to Singareni workers in 2014 that he will provide own house and recently said that he will provide Rs.10 lakh loan but now saying that he will provide only Rs.6 lakh  housing loan. Uttam asked KCR to fulfill own house assurance and  to stop falsehood campaign. He said that Singareni, Bhupalpally plants were set up during Congress party regime and alleged that the TRS leaders were distributing liquor and gunny bags of money to workers as they were  afraid of defeat in Singareni elections. There was no greatness in giving festival advance to the Singareni workers, he contended.

He alleged that KCR deceived Singareni workers on dependent jobs. It was not correct on the part of KCR to link dependent jobs with compassionate appointments, he said and made it clear that compassionate appointments were continuous process. He said that there was no relation with the Court case and KCR was trying to purchase the votes of Singareni workers with corrupt money. He asked KCR, who was now saying that he will wage movement on IT exemption, to tell as to what he has done for the last three years. He also pointed out that the assurance of constructing Medical Bhavan was not yet fulfilled. (NSS)
