Hyderabad: Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao today called on Maharashtra Governor Ch Vidyasagar Rao at Raj Bhavan in Mumbai and exchanged pleasantries. KCR extended an invitation to the Maharashtra Governor to inaugurate the project and presented him a shawl on the occasion. Both of them have discussed on the need for improving bilateral ties between the two states. KCR apprised Vidyasagar Rao of the completion of the Kaleshwaram works with the coordination by the Maharashtra government. He also extended thanks for his initiative for timely support for the works.
As part of his Maharashtra State tour, the Telangana CM also extended an invitation to his counterpart Devendera Fadnavis. The Telangana Government built the project with the active coordination of the Maharashtra Government and timely positive response from Chief Minister Devendera Fadnavis. KCR has already appealed to Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy to the inaugural function of the prestigious project.
