New Delhi: Hanan Hamid, the college girl from Kerala who rose to fame for selling fish to raise money for her education and took look after her family recently got into a road accident at Kodungaloor today.
According to Kochi hospital reports 21-year-old Hanan has suffered serious injuries on her spine in the accident and was advised MRI scan, Indian Express reported.
The incident happened while Hanan was returning after inaugurating a shop at Vadakara in Kozhikode district. Her car rammed into an electric pole when it tried to avoid hitting a person crossing the road. While Hanan was rushed to ICU her driver escaped without injuries.
She shot to fame after her hard struggling life story went viral with help pouring in from across the state and nation applauding her courage and determination, but even when her life story was open, abusive trolls made their way into her life alleging her story was nothing but false and an attempt to win sympathy and get work in film industry.
