Land losers of Musi project allotted alternate plots

Hyderabad: Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) on Sunday allotted 444 developed plots to the land owners who lost their lands due to land acquisition for Musi conservation and riverfront development at Uppal Bhagath village in Uppal mandal in Rangareddy district.

115 pesons were allotted plots measuring about 600 sq yds 176 persons were allotted plots measuring 500 sq yd while 153 persons were allotted plots measuring 300 sq yd.

The allotment programme was presided over by HMDA metropolitan commissioner T Chiranjeevulu and city mayor Bonthu Rammohan. HMDA member (estates) B Rajesham, land acquisition officer Gangadhar and other officials of HMDA were present during the draw of lots.
