UP: Loudspeakers to be used within limits and at fixed time at religious places; know the maximum limits

Loni: Loudspeaker can be used in temples, masajid and other places at fixed time and limits. The pollution board has issued directives for this and has decided to send it to city magistrate.

Sri Ashish Tiwari, Member Secretary, U.P. Pollution Control Board, said sound should not go beyond the periphery of the public or private place. On receiving the complaint of using it above the limit, action will be taken against the person.
