Makkah Masjid Bomb Blast Case: Important documents found missing

Hyderabad: During the hearing of Makkah Masjid Bomb Blast Case which is going on at the NIA Special Court, confusion prevailed when certain important documents were found to be missing. Investigation officer, Mr. T. Raja Balaji of CBI had started recording his statement in the court. When he wanted to produce the confession statement of Swami Aseemanand, he found that document is missing. He therefore, refused to continue recording his statement. The judge stopped the proceedings for two hours and expressed his wrath for not producing the relevant documents. After sometime, the court officials presented certain documents.

Authentic sources revealed that an important document pointed out by Swami Aseemanand which was brought from Gujarat found missing. It is an important document which may lead to imprisonment of Aseemanand.

It is reported that the mobile phone and SIM card which were seized on the spot after Makkah Masjid Bomb Blast are very important. Based on these evidences, the accused have been identified.

It may be noted that the statements of more than 60 witnesses were recorded out of which 54 witnesses deviated from their statements.
