Hyderabad: President Greater Hyderabad Congress Minority Department Shaikh Abdullah Sohail said Muslims do not want lollipop of Ramadan gift but want 12 pc reservations. He also wanted the government to make it clear when the Rubat will be constructed in Ajmer?
Mr Sohail said chief minister KCR had promised to provide Muslim reservations within 4 months of coming to power but even after completing 4-year rule the promise made to Muslims was not fulfilled. No sincere effort was made in this regard. He said by giving Iftar parties and distributing clothes, TRS government wants to make Muslims obliged. He also put forth several questions such as, how many double bedroom houses were provided to poor Muslims during the past 4 years? Why was the old city not made gold city and Constantinople? Why is metro train not run in the old city? Etc.
