Minority Welfare Department officials visited Eidgah Mir Aalam to take stock of the Eid-ul-Fitr arrangements. Secretary Minority welfare Syed Omer Jaleel and Chief Executive Officer Waqf Board Mohammed Asadullah along with the officials of various departments and public representatives, issued necessary orders in connection with the arrangements for Eid-ul-Fitr prayers at Eidgah Mir Alam.
Deputy Chief Minister was scheduled to visit the Eidgah however his programme was cancelled at the last-minute. Officials of Police department, water works, municipality, electricity, health and traffic police were present at the meeting along with the officials of Minority Welfare. It has been decided to make effective arrangement this year also. Keeping in view the possibility of rain, water proof tents will be erected.
